Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

On the page we reproduce here, they are not only using our Rothschild and Johnson Matthey 5 Tola Bars images, but hotlinking them from our own website, effectively stealing them twice over, and...
... lifting all our text into the bargain.
Copyright Abuse is Dishonest
The grandly named "World Business Market" & Syed Altaf Shah have a copyright notice at the bottom of all the pages of their website, so they are clearly aware of the concept of copyright, yet choose to use images they have stolen from us, a competitor, rather than pay a professional to take their own photos.

What's Wrong?
We have invested considerable time, effort, money, and other resources into creating some of the best coin and gold bar photographs on the internet. We employ a number of specialist photographers, currently two of them with three photography degrees between them. Even then, we have a perpetual backlog of items waiting to be photographed, processed, and added to our websites. It is therefore extremely annoying and frustrating to find competitors stealing our images to use in direct competition with us.
We note that their domain name was registered on 11th December 2009.

Again, we keep coming across more and more semi-worthless web sites where the domain registrant had hidden behind the skirts of some dubious domain registration service which will, for a small (or maybe large) fee, keep your address secret.
Sites and operations such an privacyprotect.org must be a godsend to terrorists, paedophiles, hucksters, shysters and crooks.
