Gold Bars for Collectors
Mostly the gold bars we sell are intended purely as an investment in gold, and we do not guarantee to supply any specific make of bar, however we get many requests for specific makes or styles of bar for gifts or collectors, and so we try to provide these as an extra service. Swiss Volksbank
One of the most frequent requests we get is for Swiss gold bars.
Some of the Swiss banks and refiners are very well known, others are less famous, but it is likely that their bars are rarer. We see very few gold bars from Swiss Volksbank, indeed the 1 kilo bar we show here is the first one we have seen from this bank.
It appears to have been produced by a refiner called Cendres & Metaux, from Bienne (Biel), in Switzerland, so with this bar, you get two names for the price of one!

Certificates for Gold Bullion Bars
Certificates are unnecessary, or should be unnecessary, for gold bullion bars.
These usually state their weight and fineness, being stamped on them, and are generally difficult to fake.
