Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

Ozark Country Coins Robin Friedley of Branson & Springfield, Missouri are just one of the many coin dealers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission.
They have used a number of our high quality copyright coin photographs, to use on their own website in direct competition with us.
Bullion Page
On Ozark Coin's "Bullion" page, they have used our photograph of the reverse side of a 1973 Krugerrand.
They have also used our 50 Gram Credit Suisse Gold Bullion Bar, although they have used it to promote 1 Ounce Gold Bars, and also modified and customised it, by adding "OZARK COIN COMPANY", and "OUR CHOICE" in the two cartouches, besides eradicating the weight and bar number. This latter may have been done to disguise its origin.
Both these photographs have also been resized down. Fortunately the Digimarc watermark has been retained, and the two Digimarc logos can be seen in our screenshot.
