Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

Their "About Collecting" page adds:
A multi-million dollar organization with over 200 years of staff experience in buying, selling, appraising and auctioning rare coins, New World Rarities is truly a full service firm.
In addition, New World Rarities is a member in good standing with some of the finest organizations in the numismatic field such as: ANA, NGC, CSNS, FACTS/Certified Coin Exchange, and FUN, as well as other professional affiliations. We are also members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau.
We have shown two of our own images so that you can compare.
We have a very low opinion of other dealers who steal our images, and use them to compete with us. It is dishonest. We could sue these people, possibly for thousands of dollars, but it costs time and money, and even though we would win and be awarded costs, we might not be able to recover the costs if the copyright thieves turned out to be impecunious or insolvent. That's why we have decided to give these crooks some free advertising our our website, something which we do not normally provide even for payment.
New World Rarities are according to their website "...a member in good standing with some of the finest organizations in the numismatic field ...". As such it is surprising then to find it so careless at sourcing its own images, or so lacking in regard for fairness in its dealings with competitors.

Are these two companies the same?
The two websites look very similar, although when we wrote this page, the New World Rarities site said "This Site Is Under Construction and Coming Soon." (in may different languages)
If it existed previously, how come it has now reverted to "Under Construction"?
