It is otfen very time consuming to identify some foreign or ancient coins. We often have to put them aside, and return to study & research them if we ever get more time. Help us and win a pint.

Gold Half Mohur from India
We have so far struggled to identify this coin exactly. We can't read Persian, or at least we are not fluent in it, and the language used on many Indian coins is Indo-Persian.
If anybody can help us to identify this particular piece, we would be happy to buy you a pint, provided this is not against your religion or dietary habits of course!
