Copyright Theft
Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

Euroshine Limited
Euroshine Limited, info@qozz.com, are just one of the many coin dealers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their page http://www.one2find.com/euroshine1.htm, or http://www.coins.uk.net, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using at least 2 of our gold sovereign images.
Their website contains no address, or other contact details except for an e-mail link, as shown. The site qozz.com appears to be inactive, but presumably it performs e-mail forwarding.

No Contact
We are always suspicious about web sites which offer goods for sale, but which fail to show contact address details, and would always warn any potential customers to be wary.

Sovereigns For Sale - Restrikes
Following their link "Sovereigns For Sale" take you to a page which offers not gold sovereigns, but objects described as "22ct Gold Re-Strike 1820 £2 Gold Coin", and others. None of these are actual restrikes, they are in fact imitation coins. The word "restrike" should be reserved for official restrikes, or at least coins struck from the original dies. There is a considerable danger that anybody buying one of these "restrikes" could purchase what they believed to have some legal tender or official status, whereas what they would be buying would be what look like rather unconvincing and unrealistic fakes.
Elsewhere on their site there is a statement "All our coins are guaranteed to be genuine...". We wonder if they can tell the difference?

There is also a statement "The pictures used here that are from the book, "The Sovereign"...", clearly they are not. Also some of the text used on the site appears to have been copied directly from our sites.
