Crash Bang Digital (crashbangdigital.com) & Copyright Theft
Crash Bang Digital (crashbangdigital.com) have breached our copyright in the Regal Assets video, which we guess they produced for Regal, and are just one of the many websites and companies worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission.

Regal Assets (regalgoldcoins.com) of Universal City, California, USA & Copyright Theft
Regal Assets were already known to us for copyright theft, before we saw their gold sovereigns video on youtube, Regal's website, and now on Crash Bang Digital's website. It looks as though Crash Bang Digital may have created the video for Regal Assets. We do not know which of the two parties stole our image.

What's Wrong?
It is dishonest and unethical to pirate and steal other people's work by using high quality copyright photographs without the owner's consent. To do so in competition with them is doubly devious. We can partially understand why they do it; it is quick and easy (but then so is robbing people).
As Crash Bang Digital claim to be a one-stop source, it is entirely possible that they are the guilty party who stole our photographs, or it is possible that the already stolen photos were supplied to Crash Bang Digital by Regal Assets. Either party could have checked on the status of the other party, and asked the other party about copyright.
We frequently get coin dealers and other copyright infringers blaming, or trying to blame their suppliers and sub-contractors for breach of copyright. Professional, ethical companies tend to make due diligence enquiries about their suppliers and sub-contractors, or at least check whether they have suitable insurance.
If Crash Bang Digital claim their client supplied the photos, then this will be one of the first times this has happened this way round.
We await developments.

Copyright Thieves on eBay
We already have a page naming and shaming dealers using our images without permission. It's time we did the same for eBay, although if we include them all, this could be a very long page.
