According to eBay, PowerSellers are the pillars of the eBay community, but time and time again, we find PowerSellers stealing our images. It is so common, and eBay clearly know about it, that we believe eBay act unethically in permitting its members to steal images so easily, without sufficient checks, warnings, or education. This is as dishonest of eBay as it it of their members to steal copyright images in the first place.

Up for auction is a 1978 1 oz. fine gold Krugerrand coin, uncirculated, and in MINT condition and in a protective coin case!!!
The photo for this listing is a generic photo of a Krugerrand coin, I could not get a good picture of the coin, but if you do wish to see the picture I do have, let me know and I would be happy to send it to you!!

What's Wrong?
We invest a great deal of time, effort, and cost into creating some of the best photographic coin images on the internet. We strongly object when lazy and dishonest people decide to use them without a by your leave or thanks, doing so in competition with us.
Copyright theft is dishonest. We recommend you avoid doing business with dishonest dealers.
This particular eBay seller not only stole our Krugerrand images, she calls ours a "generic" photo, stating that she could not get a good picture of the coin.
Couldn't be bothered to learn how to take coin photographs, more like!
We can tell you that the Krugerrand we photographed was the best out of many. We use skills, experience and techniques which have taken us many years to acquire and hone, to take some of the best coin photographs anywhere, and then some eBay prat calls it generic. It's insulting, and we feel offended.
We get this about once each week.
Price
One of her two listings sold for $120 or 13% over gold, which is more than we charge for real coins which do actually exist. Why some eBay buyers leave their brains behind (maybe that's where they are located), we do not know.
