1997 Cook Islands five Dollars Diana Princess of Wales Gold Proof Coin
The Government of the Cook Island authorised the Perth Mint to strike this $5 coin as part of the Diana Princess of Wales commemorative Coin programme.
Description
The reverse of this coin shows a depiction of Princess Diana with the inscription 'Diana Princess of Wales 1961-1997' with two small roses. The coin is legal tender of the Cook Islands and Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth on the Obverse.
