Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

Wholesale Direct Metals (wholesaledirectmetals.com) Michael MacDonald, TiR Service of Concord, California , are just one of the many coin websites worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their index page http://wholesaledirectmetals.com/index.html, which we reproduce here, they are clearly using two of our gold sovereigns images, and using them in direct competition with us.
There is no credit or link shown with the photographs. Most potential customers of Wholesale Direct Metals will be impressed, subliminally, by the quality of the photographs, and would expect that they had been photographed by or commissioned by Wholesale Direct Metals from a professional photographer. This may help to create the impression that Wholesale Direct Metals is a professional, honest and ethical dealer. We believe this blatant copyright theft clearly demonstrates that Wholesale Direct Metals is not to be trusted. If they will steal our photographs, what would they do with your gold, your coins, your money, or your trust?
