Copyright Theft
Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.
US Bullion Exchange
US Bullion Exchange of USA, are just one of the many coin dealers worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission. On their page http://www.usbullionexchange.com/BullionProducts2.cfm?metal=1, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using our 2004 proof sovereign reverse image.
On their page http://www.usbullionexchange.com/BullionProducts3.cfm?Metal=1&BuyOrSell=Buy&CF_ID=110, which we partially reproduce here, they are clearly using our 2004 proof sovereign obverse and reverse images.
For such a high profile looking website, and high profile sounding company, it's rather surprising, and to our minds, suspicious, that they do not reveal their address on their website? the only contact information shown is a toll-free number, making them almost anonymous!
