Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

SEO Experts Ampersat Internet Publishing Ltd (seoexperts.org.uk) of Keighley are just one of the many coin dealers & website operators worldwide who commit copyright theft by using our copyright images without our permission.
On their page we reproduce here, they are clearly using our 2004 proof Krugerrand reverse image. It includes a screenshot of a page from one of their other sites scrapgold.org.uk
which includes a copy of our high quality copyright photo on every page.
Copyright Abuse is Dishonest
SEO Experts Ampersat Internet Publishing Ltd (seoexperts.org.uk) have a copyright notice (Copyright © 2008 · All Rights Reserved · SEO Experts SEO Search Engine Optimisation PPC Management) at the bottom of all the pages of their website, so they are clearly aware of the concept of copyright, yet choose to use images they have stolen from us, a competitor, rather than pay a professional to take their own photos.
Who & Where are SEO Experts?
We usually state the location of the sinners in our "Name & Shame" pages, however when we looked at SEO Experts' website for this simple basic information, we found very little. Sure there was a "Contact Us" link, but this was a one-way link through which you could send a message. It did have a telephone number Freephone Helpline: 0800 334 566 7
We looked for an "About Us" page, and could not find one. Now we believe that any reasonable company should and does publish its contact and ownership details on its website, for a number of reason. Whenever we see a site without this information, or that makes it hard to find, we automatically treat it with suspicion. What have they got to hide?
We could find out more by paying for a search at Companies House, but this hardly inspires confidence.
We did eventually find a page "SEO UK", which contained partial contact information:

What's Wrong?
We have invested considerable time, effort, money, and other resources into creating some of the best coin photographs on the internet. We employ a number of specialist photographers, currently two of them with three photography degrees between them. Even then, we have a perpetual backlog of items waiting to be photographed, processed, and added to our websites. It is therefore extremely annoying and frustrating to find competitors stealing our images to use in direct competition with us.
We note that their domain name was registered on 23rd June 2009.
Further Incestuous Relationships
Shortly after we created this page, we noticed Krugerrands.Org.Uk, aspects of which looked strangely familar to us. The two sites are identical in appearance, and use the same pirated photograph of our 2004 Krugerrand.
Krugerrands.org.uk contains the link "SEO by SEO Experts" after its copyright notice on each page.
It looks to us as though krugerrands.org.uk was set up by SEO Experts either on commission for its client Hatton Garden Metals, or else sold by SEO Experts to Hatton Garden Metals. In either case, the advice about them is hardly impartial, and the statement that Hatton Garden Metals is not endorsed by or affiliated to them is rather economical with the truth if not outright dishonest. Some kind of client supplier relationship exists between them.
We note that krugerrands.org.uk was registered on 4th June 2009, just over six months after scrapgold.org.uk.
