Perhaps we should be flattered by the number of people including dealers who continually infringe our IP (Intellectual Property) rights by using our copyright images, but we do not find it amusing, and will take legal action against any copyright thieves.

What's Wrong?
This is the most blatant example we have yet seen of plagiarism and copyright abuse.
The 10 images of 5 coins on their Gold Coins page are all ours, and stolen from our websites. Without double-checking, it also looks like all the text has been directly lifted from our pages, as have the information and specification tables. Even the names of the images are unchanged from our original names.
Bramall's are in direct competition with us, yet have seen fit to steal our images to do so. This is not only dishonest and unethical, but...
...at this point, polite words to describe what we feel fail us, and we do not wish to publish taboo or offensive words on our website.

We have shown two of our own images so that you can compare, but all the other eight can be found on our websites, and can be instantly recognised for their high quality.

Our Opinion
We have a very low opinion of other dealers who steal our images, and use them to compete with us. It is dishonest. We could sue these people, possibly for thousands of dollars, but it costs time and money, and even though we would win and be awarded costs, we might not be able to recover the costs if the copyright thieves turned out to be impecunious or insolvent. That's why we have decided to give these crooks some free advertising our our website, something which we do not normally provide even for payment.
Bramalls Gold Room. are not only gold coin & bullion dealers, but "is a National Association of Goldsmiths Full member and as such has met the exacting standards set by the leading trade Association". As such it is surprising then to find it so careless at sourcing its own images, or so lacking in regard for fairness in its dealings with competitors.
In an industry where ethics, trust, and honesty are of paramount importance, it leads to the conclusion that we could not recommend Bramall as a reasonable alternative to us for Sheffield, Yorkshire, or east coast customers.
