2004 Gold Coins

As a leading UK coin dealer, we are often asked for coins or coin sets from particular years, as gift items. We are happy to try to oblige. On this page we list a few suggestions.
We keep most of the following coins in stock for immediate delivery.

2004 Sovereigns. These revert to the traditional St. George and Dragon reverse.
2004 Half Sovereigns. As for the sovereigns.
The Crown. With a face value of £5 (five pounds), this may be issued in base metal, silver proof, and gold proof versions.
Special gold proof £2 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the steam locomotive.
Gold proof version of the fifty pence to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 4 minute mile.
The 3 coin gold sovereign proof set contains the gold verison of the commemorative DNA £2 coin.
But all four of the coin in the 4 coin set sovereign set are of the St. George & Dragon design.
Britannia Proof Sets of all 4 weights. This year's Britannias have a very attractive new design.
Britannia Proof Sets of the 3 smaller weights. New this year.
2004 Proof Quarter Ounce Britannias. A good alternative to the proof sovereign.
